R8TE is a mobile phone app that has been created to allow people to directly rate on user profiles.
If you are 18 or older, you can view profiles for free within your area and vote on those profiles on a 5 star system. Your profile will also receive a score from other users which will give you an average rating out of 5 stars.
There is a matching function that will allow two profiles to connect when there is a mutual score of 3 stars or more. Once this connection has been created between the users, there is an option to send each other a rose. The roses are keys to unlocking the function to chat.
After sending and receiving a rose from a match, you open up the portal to chat and get to know one another. Review each others interests and share a moment in time together. You can exchange contact details, send images or meet up. Meeting new people can be lots of fun.
